N E W to Dippy egg! by Lucy Daniels

Well the last two weeks have been bonkers! It's all been a bit non stop here at Dippy egg HQ as we gear up for the next trade show which is Top Drawer in September (not very far away!)
The show is on 14th, 15th & 16th of September in Olympia in London. We'll be on stand M46, so come & say hi if you're visiting!

The Girls, girls girls range of greetings cards proved popular at the last show, so it only seemed right to expand the range!

Here are 6 of the designs - girls in dresses

And the other 6 designs - girls faces!

As a designer / illustrator, I'm more than a little bit obsessed with sketchbooks, note books, any thing I can write in or draw on, so I thought it seemed an obvious thing to add - sketchbooks!
They come in size A6 and A5 with 40 blank pages for your doodling & notes!

A5 & A6 sketch / note books!

As a girls who loves coordination of any kind, it also seemed like a good plan to add gift wrap & tags to match the cards. That way, the card, the gift AND the wrap could all match! Yes!

Dreaming Big by Lucy Daniels

Paperfest in the big smoke.

Last week, I jumped on a train to London for the day long event, 'Dream Big' hosted by The Papergirls and my goodness, am I glad I did! It was an inspiration overload and I came back with a note book bursting with ideas and a head buzzing with plans. The speakers were from all sorts of industries and all had great advice & tips for anyone running a creative business. They all made their inspiring & huge achievements seem possible.

The day was beautifully styled & catered. There were champagne flutes of bucks fizz, pink lemonade with stripy gold paper straws, gorgeous canapés  and an endless supply of incredible fairy cakes.

As we left, we were given a lovely goodie bag full of treats which was a fun distraction for the journey home.

It's been a week since the event now and I've had a noticeable surge in determination and drive, already adding three product lines to one of my ranges and finally building this new site to showcase my photography and set up a long overdue blog! I plan to keep the momentum up!

There were beautifully considered details every where you looked!

I plan to work through my notes carefully and make BIG things happen!
